Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Introduction

QUEZO is a smart queue management platform, developed and operated by IntelliBit, used by hospitals, banks, government centres, and other service providers across Pakistan, along with the QUEZO mobile app customers use to book and track queue tokens.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to quezo.dev, the QUEZO admin/staff dashboards, and the QUEZO mobile app. IntelliBit is the data controller responsible for this information.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When a business or its staff registers (Admin or Staff account), we collect name, email address, phone number, business/branch details, and a password (stored in hashed form).

Queue & token data. When a customer books a token through the app, we collect their name and phone number, along with the token number, service selected, and queue status, so the token can be tracked and the customer notified.

Payment-related information. For subscription payments, we collect the transaction reference number and, where submitted, a screenshot of the bank/mobile wallet transfer for manual verification. We do not collect or store full card numbers.

Device & usage data. The app collects a push-notification token (to alert customers when their turn is near) and basic usage/log data such as app version, device type, and error logs, used only to operate and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage accounts and queue tokens
  • To send real-time queue status and turn notifications
  • To verify subscription payments and manage billing
  • To provide customer and business support
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the platform
  • To improve QUEZO's features based on aggregate usage patterns

4. How We Share Your Information

A customer's name, phone number, and token status are visible to the specific branch/business they are queuing with, so staff can call and serve them — this is core to how the service works.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Limited data may be shared with payment verification contacts (banks/mobile wallets, for confirming a transaction) or with service providers who help us operate QUEZO bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of QUEZO, our customers, or the public.

5. Data Retention

Queue/token records are retained for as long as needed for operational and support purposes, then periodically purged. Account information is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing, access-controlled dashboards, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) — to protect information in transit and at rest. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage users to use strong, unique passwords.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@quezo.dev. Customers may also decline push notifications from device settings; note this may affect the ability to receive turn alerts.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The quezo.dev website and dashboards use minimal, functional cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

9. Children's Privacy

QUEZO is intended for business use and for customers of our partner businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below.
